“My water line decided to crack and spray water in my utility room. Called McCrea and they came out next day. I needed piping fixed and an upgrade on the line to and from my water softener and well as a new water softener. Ty did such a great job! McCrea had the water softener in-stock and installed before the other guys could even make it to my house. With a family of six it was so important to get my water going. He got my water on asap and then came back to finish the job while fixing an old mistake to my sump pump that did not meet code. My home was built in 1960, so I will be calling them to replace more old pipes in the future.”

“Jeremy did a great job. We had originally called in to have our dryer vent cleaned and he noticed something wasn’t right. There was a clog that was obstructing the air flow and he took the dryer vent apart noticing that the vent was rusted and damaged. We decided to have the vent replaced instead of just having the cleaning done. He finished the work in one day and he did a very thorough job. He is very skilled and did a great job he also communicated with us very well. We are very happy with the service he provided. Excellent!!!”

“The project started out as a water heater replacement and some related plumping repair. They gave be a quote. As the project proceeded, it became apparent that there were major issues including broken water main. I had then do a complete update of the plumbing system on this old house. Some people cautioned me that McCrea was expensive. That was not the case. I believe they bid the project with sufficiently leeway to cover unforeseen problems. They did not quit at 5:00 pm because they did not want us to be without water. — I know enough about plumbing to judge work quality. Chris, the main plumber, does very clean quality work — He does not do spaghetti plumbing. He designed the plumbing to work better. Very pleased with his work.”
